REACH

We provide preventative education and physical resources to vulnerable women and girls throughout the DC area.

Programs:

  • Food Pantry
  • Toiletry/Cleaning Supply Outreach

 

RESCUE

We assist in the rescue of women who are fleeing domestic violence or sexually exploitive relationships.

 

Referral Programs: 
We receive referrals from local law enforcement, courts, partners and concerned citizens about women and children who need assistance transitioning.  If you know of a survivor in need of assistive please contact us.

 

RESTORE

We offer ongoing restorative support that focuses on trauma healing, counseling, healthy relationship building skills and more.  We desire for every women to have the skills and support they need to maintain healthy and whole lifestyles post-trauma.

 

 Programs:
  • Counseling Services — In Partnership with Life Christian Counseling Services, we offer counseling for women ready to work through trauma with a counselor.
  • FAST Life Discipleship Program — Our original 9 week curriculum intersects spiritual, mental and physical health topics.  Graduates of Fast Life leave having a better understanding of who Jesus is and having tools that help in budgeting, time management, healthy relationships and more. 
  • Internships — Graduates of FAST Life who wish to continue learning and growing partake in mentorship, head up outreach projects and can become trained facilitators of FAST Life.
  • Sunday Chats — We invite women to church and follow up the services with a meal and conversation about the sermon.
